This cabin features a beautiful great room, ready to help you relax away any stresses from life. The great room is furnished with a reclining sofa, chairs, electric fireplace, and flat screen with satellite TV. Ellen's has internet with WiFi, your welcome to bring your streaming devices. There's a full kitchen where you can prepare your feasts, dishware and cooking ware is furnished. There's a deck off of the kitchen with table and chairs and charcoal grill. The main bedroom is hidden in the loft of the main floor. The lower floor features a play room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The mineral hot tub is located on the lower back deck

This was our 2nd stay at Ellen's cabin. We had a great time catching up with friends and family. We stayed 5 nights and was blessed with 3 out of Missouri's 4 seasons. Our first morning we woke up to a dusting of unexpected snow. We spread some ice melt on stairs and walkways that is supplied by Cindy. Then we sat on porch with a hot cup of coffee and took in the beauty of the snow covered trees and field. Such a peaceful way to start the day. The weather steadily improved over the next few days. By Sunday most of us were wearing shorts. We spent half most days fishing at Maramec Springs trout park fishing and walking around the park. In the afternoon we would walk the trails behind the cabin and we went down the road to the river. Our evening we spent cooking, eating, and playing board games or cards. Our nights always ended with soak in the hot tub. Ellen's cabin is the perfect place to escape from everyday life. The cabin is clean, well stocked, and has everything a home away from home should have. The host Cindy is wonderful she checks in to make sure everything is good and we are enjoying our stay. I recommend a stay at Ellen's cabin to everyone I know. We give Ellen's cabin a 5 star rating. We always leave feeling renewed and at peace. We will definitely be booking again soon. , March 2024

6 of us stayed at Ellen's cabin Aug 2021. Everything we needed was at the cabin, cable, internet, cookware, bedding, hot tub, firewood. towels, detergent to do laundry if you needed. Everything was extremely clean. The outdoor spaces are excellent, the view amazing, and the quiet was just what we needed. We will be back very soon, maybe a winter get away. , August 2021

Thanksgiving w/family - Peaceful, Beautiful cabin, Loved the location @ Ellen's Cabin. We enjoyed the Mineral hot tub, fire pit, deck, wooded surroundings. Cabin was well equiped and sparlking clean. Be sure to remember to bring your bed pillows and extra blanket for cooler temps. Host, Cindy, was propmt in responding to any questions. We hope to stay again at the Gill Ridge Property! We stayed in Ellen's cabin for our first wedding anniversary. We liked it so much that we booked it again for a weekend getaway six months later.
