Gill Ridge offers vacation home accomodations.

Located in a peaceful and private wooded country setting, this scenic property is 4 miles from Steelville and 12 miles from Cuba or St. James, Missouri. There are 2 log cabins on property that can be reserved individually for your private getaway or together for your large group adventure. The cabins are separated by more than 200 feet of a grassy meadow and woods. Jack's Little Log Cabin and Ellen's Log Cabin are nestled in the heart of river country. We invite you to come on out, relax and enjoy some rest and restoration on the property or take on the adventure of the many nearby float streams and other activities located in the area.

There is ample parking at the river's edge only about a mile away. Other exciting activities would include trout fishing, golf, sight seeing, hiking, wine tasting, or try the new zip line at Meramec Caverns. Whatever you do during the day, you can plan on coming home to enjoy your barbeque grill, fire pit with wood and of course, your own private hot tub.

Ellen's Log Cabin

This larger 3 bedroom log cabin with hot tub can easily handle up to groups of 8 with 4 private sleeping rooms. The main level full kitchen and large great room with cathedral ceiling make it a great place to enjoy with friends and family.

If you just want to play in the river or soak up the sun, we are less than a 2 minute drive from what we like to call "Crawford Beach" at Scott's Ford Meramec River Access.

You are no more than a 25 minute drive from several area wineries, restaurants, two golf courses, Meramec Springs Park, Onandaga Cave State Park and the worlds largest rocking chair!

Or don't go anywhere and just kick back, relax and enjoy the cabins and the peaceful wooded walking trails on the property. It's a pretty nice place to be. That's how Jack wanted it.
